Current billing status
Monthly subscriptions are offered through Stripe. The billing environment is selected by server configuration, and test and live records remain isolated from each other.
Card information is entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout or Customer Portal pages. My Job Finder does not store full card details.
Cancellation
Manage billing opens the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. A user can update payment details, view invoices, change plans, or schedule cancellation at the end of the current billing period. A canceled billing access state keeps history readable but stops new external work.
Refunds, disputes, and credits
There is no self-service refund route in the application. Any real refund eligibility, timing, contact process, jurisdiction-specific rights, and non-refundable items require a launch decision and professional legal review.
Verified Stripe refund or dispute webhooks can revoke unused credits attributed to that payment. The system records any unrecovered shortfall and does not infer entitlement from a browser redirect.
